Schools that wish to purchase 10 or more days per academic year can choose from a variety of services to suit their needs, ranging from direct work with students, accredited courses and staff training. 

courses for staff

Aimee is a licensed ELKLAN trainer. She delivers a range of accredited courses on supporting children with speech, language and communication needs. View the ELKLAN website for further information on the courses available. 5 week, 10 week and 3 day courses available. 
Aimee is a registered Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) trainer. ELSA is an educational psychologist led initiative aimed at supporting staff to meet children's emotional needs in school. This is achieved by training teaching assistants to develop and deliver individualised support programmes to meet the emotional needs of children and teenagers in their care. This is five day course followed by regular EP supervision. View the ELSA website for more information.

The following group interventions are available to purchase as part of the 10+ days support package: 

Building resilience

A 10 week course (1 hour per week plus home activities) on using strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy to build resilience and reduce anxiety, for pupils aged 11 to 16 years. 


A four week introductory course on mindfulness for pupils aged 9 to 14 years. This is a well-established programme designed by the Mindfulness in Schools project.

Sessions are designed to fit into a 1/2 day or two (90 minute) twilight sessions.

We can work with senior leaders to help build your school's capacity to meet the diverse needs of pupils in your school. Examples of work include:

Our EP assessments look holistically at the child and consider the range of factors that can affect children's learning in school including: 
  • Literacy and dyslexia

  • Memory and processing speed
  • Attention and self-regulation
  • Language and communication 
  • Social interaction 
  • Anxiety, low mood and self-esteem
  • Motivation and engagement 
You can allocate time for individual assessments within the 10+ support package or purchase individual assessments on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
